This award will recognise the innovative methods used to raise people's
aspirations of a progressive career within the tourism industry.
The judges will be looking for imaginative ways in which you have enthused people about the industry.
The award could be made to an individual, scheme, partnership or organisation.
Potential ideas include activities that have linked the tourism industry with education such as a school or a college, visits or links with other members of the industry as part of staff development, events which have raised the awareness of the industry and innovative practices used to support and encourage people into the industry.
Your entry should highlight the structure of the initiative and who is involved.
Ensure that your entry fully reflects the work that has undergone, the impact that it has had and the benefits that have been seen.
You should also demonstrate how the scheme has been enthusiastically supported by all concerned.
