This award recognises the importance and value that the tourism industry
places on its supply chain.
Many businesses from a diverse range of related sectors help to support and grow the Norfolk tourism product through providing goods and services that add value to the customer experience.
This award is about recognising those contributions and partnerships that enable tourism owners to focus on providing memorable visits, with the confidence of smooth running behind-the-scenes operations.
Entries are encouraged from businesses that both benefit from, and contribute to, the tourism industry. This could include any supplier business ranging from training providers to local food producers.
Judges will place emphasis on suppliers being able to demonstrate knowledge of the local sector, strong commercial partnerships, high levels of customer service and support and the ability to manage seasonal demand variations.
