This award is open to all hoteliers, large or small, independent or chain,
1 to 5 stars.
Judges will be looking for entrants to be able to demonstrate they can define what the experience of staying at their hotel actually is and how they seek to ensure and monitor the consistency of delivery of those expectations.
Emphasis will be placed upon the quality and comfort of the accommodation, the surroundings, added services and amenities, high levels of attention to detail plus that extra something that makes a stay in your hotel truly memorable.
Judges will consider the standard of food produced and served and would expect to see establishments that are showing a commitment towards catering for guests with disabilities along with an awareness of the effect of their business on the wider environment.
