Criteria
This Award is the Judges Choice - it is a new Award for the Norfolk Recruitment Awards 2008 and has been designed to recognise that special person, team, initiative, business or employer in Norfolk who has captured the Judges attention during the 2008 application and judging process.
Being a winner or shortlisted in any other category of the Recruitment Awards 2008 is not a pre-requisite for consideration of this prestigious Award, however being an entrant in another category is vital.
The Judges will be seeking to recognise something or someone special in Norfolk that has come to their attention during the Recruitment Awards process. They will be able to explain why they jointly selected the winner and why they deserve to win the Special Recognition Award for 2008.
