1. How does the company get the best out of its people? The judges are looking for examples of what the company does to motivate and recognise individuals and teams.
2. What does the Company do to enable its people to gain new skills and experiences to reach their full potential? The judges are looking for examples of how the company has assessed individual skills and competencies and created opportunities for people to professionally develop within their chosen careers.
3. How does the company acknowledge and show appreciation of what its people has done? The judges are looking for examples of where the company has celebrated both individual and team successes and how they measure the impact upon the operations within the team.
4. What is special about the company’s approach to engaging, communicating and developing a diverse and skilled workforce? The judges are looking for examples of flexible working arrangements, family friendly policies, recruitment approaches which reflect the diverse communities within the region and how these policies, procedures and operations are communicated to the employees.
In addition, you may include two brief testimonials from non-managerial people within the Company as long as they are totally relevant to the questions above. Please also note that nominations for this award will be supported by a visit from the judges to your workplace.
