1. What is the team size, its collective skills and why is the structure so successful? The judges are looking for a well organised team, structured with the skills of the team harnessed in the most effective way.
2. How has the team impacted on the company’s business results? The judges are looking for evidence that goals and results are achieved via the team’s infrastructure and its dynamics.
3. What makes the team unique in terms of its key strengths? The judges are looking for elements that separate the team from the competition and the team attributes that make them cohesive and successful.
