Criteria

This Award is aimed at a person who is seen as a cut above the rest and a leading light in their industry.

The judges are looking for a nominee who has a minimum of five years' experience in their field. The award suggests that they are in their prime but should not suggest that there is an age limit for this nomination.

The judges will be looking for a person that possesses unique qualities and passion for the industry which is clearly seen in their work and achievements accomplished. The award is really an accolade to their success to date and an acknowledgement from the industry of their contribution.
