Criteria
This award is aimed at local companies and businesses within Norfolk who
have done the most in terms of encouraging, developing and rewarding their
staff.
The judges will be looking for a local company which has shown outstanding commitment to its employees and whose people practices distinguish them as outstanding places to work.
The award is open to local companies regardless of their size or turnover,
and applications are invited from both employers and recruitment agencies
wishing to nominate themselves or another company which they have knowledge
of.
