Criteria
This award is aimed at those people within your organisation who act above
and beyond the call of duty, without seeking recognition or acknowledgement.
The judges will be looking for a person who makes that special difference
to the working lives of those around them because of what they do and who
they are. This award is open to everyone in the workplace, regardless of
their position or seniority.
Questions
Please explain why they deserve to win this award:
1. Describe how this person makes a difference to the team.
2. What behaviours and attitudes do they consistently display which makes
them special and sets them apart from others?
3. Name three things that would not happen if this person were not there.
