Cup clash is Taylor-made for an upset
Dereham begin their quest for a return to Carrow Road as the Norfolk Senior Cup welcomes Ridgeons League teams this weekend. The Magpies were winners in 2006 and 2007, but saw Wroxham take their crown last season - with losing finalists Sheringham proving that the county's senior knockout competition isn't just for the "big boys".

RIDGEONS LEAGUE: Wroxham's first game after the departure of manager Damien Hilton was a 6-0 thrashing of King's Lynn Reserves in the Ridgeons League Premier Division last night.

Setchell gets Wisbech job
Gary Setchell has been named as the new Wisbech Town manager, until at least the end of the season. As a player Setchell, 33, has Football League experience with Rushden & Diamonds, helping them reach the 2002 Division Three play-off final at the Millennium Stadium.

Duo handed home ties in Vase
Lowestoft Town and Dereham Town have both been handed home ties in the FA Vase third round draw. Last season's finalists will welcome Middlesex side Harefield United to Crown Meadow after their weekend victory over Tiptree United.
