Best chance you have is finding a Game-keeper, most large Estates employ them, possibly the Gurney family, Heggartt Hall. Horstead..but doubt if they would prepare them for you.. Don't forget to marinade them in coke first ( the drinking kind ) used to eat them in the states, no different to eating rabbit. ANNE    Report
