THANKS FOR RECYCLING MAGAZINE!

Thanks to whoever decided to put the Your Rubbish Your Choice magazine inside the EDP this week!  I have been reading it with interest.

It is useful to know household batteries can now be taken to Recycling Centres at Mile Cross and elsewhere as Dixons Retailers have stopped taking them.  I do now use rechargeable batteries but I keep finding the old disposable ones around the house!

There is loads of other really useful information in there as well.

Well when you have finnished with you magazine, or leaflet, send them into school. They make a good teaching/learning resource in Citizenship ,Science and Geography lessons. Contact form tutors. If you have kids, get them to to do a project using them magazine / leaflet as a base resource.
