There is quite a lot of Giant Hogweed Around Broadland. I witnessed someone digging some plants out a couple of years ago.
JCB job even then it was difficult.
We also have a lot a Japenese Knotweed springing up now, another impressive plant.
If it colonises a construction site and the authorities are aware "serious problems" large amounts of soil have to be buried at off site, and I believe it has to be deposited at least 15 metres deep.
It is a wonder none of these road protesters like Swampy never came up with idea like introducing plants like Knotweed to those sites that they wanted to protect (idea).
Most of these alien plants and animals, we have the rich and famous to thank for. Now what did that women Thatcher Introduce ? oh yes "GREED" and look how that grew.
