Just wondered if anybody had experienced the same bad treatment from 'Cabinville' a log cabin company based in Bressingham. Having shopped around , i thought i had found the right place to buy my £10'000 log cabin. How wrong i was...... 1) zero customer service..... 2) very rude and impolite attitude 3) no specific delivery time (you are given hours notice to receive 2 pallets both 6m long!!!) 4)customer expected to lift load around (moving pallets around yourself) 5) very unprofessional approach, no invoicing, no written contracts, no written delivery notification? My advice is quite simple, if you're going to spend this sort of cash on a log cabin, find a company that really gives the level of customer service that you would expect? helpful and organized from start to finish! Just another company quick to take your cash , and usher you out the door! very sad because i had a lot of faith in this company    Report

Customer Service - Had a nice long chat about how I would lay the base, what insulation and preservative etc etc. Delivery - Called me twice to confirm delivery and make sure I was ok with it. They said early afternoon and it arrived at 1:30pm. Unpacking - The pallet was lifted over the wall using the lift arm on the lorry. Did you expect the driver to unpack it and move it for you? Invoice - I received an order confirmation detailing cost and delivery agreement - agreed no invoice but then I havn't asked for one.    Report
