No wind hey. Interesting......Can you be sure that you had not touched the swing? I will admit that if a bird was sitting on the swing & it had flown off just as you came out, that would have moved the swing.
The main question is......Was the swing moving as it would have done if a child was on the swing or was it moving in a hap hazard way?
If it was like a child was on a swing, moving up & down......That would be very interesting........What speed was it moving at?

It does sound very interesting indeed.....Have you tried asking any of the old locals of the area that you live....They might be able to give more light on the subject of what was there before.
If not, visit your local records office, they would have this info.....Give it a go, you never know what you might find.
