Best of luck to all people quitting today.  I quit over 3 years ago - best thing I ever did!  No smelly clothes, car, house.  More cash and better health!

Where are you all??

Cor .... this is really popular isn't it?????

Unbelievably popular, Kizzy!  I was always told that one shouldn't go it alone when quitting - so bang goes that theory.  Has no one else tried to give up this year? Anyway, day 336 now - and still off the weed.

Well, thank you Kizzy!  It's 55 weeks now and still feeling healthier (fatter(?)) and wealthier.  Strange that I'm the only one out of an estimated 400,000 quitters nationwide since 1 July 2007 who happens to live in Norfolk.  Or can the rest all manage to quit in complete privacy and without publicity to encourage them?

Congratulations to all those who have managed to quit, it takes a lot of will power! My last one was just over 2 years ago now. Healthier and wealthier sums it up perfectly.

Best of luck Eddie.Did you notice the EDP had coupons in to get free NRT products?  In fact I'm sure they were in today.

Actually I'm surprised people can still afford to smoke.  I was with someone who smokes recently and was with her when she bought a packet and they were nearly £6 for 20!!!  That is seriously big money isn't it?

Eddie - you might like to take a look here (good tips on quitting, lots of support on the forum/discussion and they'll make you very welcome.)  There's also a facility on there to work out how much you'll save moneywise.
