Yet another landmark pub has been forced into closure.

Instead of wasting lottery funds on ballet and other minority claptrap they should be supporting true British culture - the local.

Happy to report the Firs is now open again under new management. Big opening night, bouncy castle, local boxer (Sam Sexton - Commonwealth heavyweight champion) on Wednesday 3rd June.
