Not Sure what this is????????

Not sure what this item is. It's a small item it has an ivory stopper on it and inside it has an ivory elephant. The link below is to a picture of the item.

Any idea of the size?

it looks like a head from lego person

but of course without knowing the size in comparison its difficult
