Norwich`s ROEDER to stick with more loan players..?

Regarding Roeders report of carring on with more loan players for NORWICH....

Loan players are a temporary measure.... and you can`t achieve full impact running anything on a temporary basis... as last season showed.

To build a good team you need to buy good players ........ if money is their shortfall then they are never going to be able to be better than other teams to compete and progress.

Like any company or sporting team if you are not equal or better than the others you are not going anywhere fast.

They are about to embark on their fourth season since dumped out of the prem, and staying in the leaque they are in,  has been their only past 3 year acheivement.

Loan players or not, they have been a diabolicale team this season,  avioding the drop zone twice......

The glory days of Norwich playing  Arsenal and Manu in the first division years ago.....are gone forever as they have let their finances disappear so low that the difference between them and the top flight teams will never likely be equaled again.  Like many other teams of today,  95% never see any glory and just make up the numbers of the football leaque... Norwich sadly has joined that 95% with limited capacity to better themselfs......

As I have said many times,  £25 million for several new players and future chance of glory,  needs to come sooner than later to put Norwich back on the map.

To actually pay to watch your team going nowhere must be the ultimate frustration when the players and the management of Norwich,  are the only ones that are getting any money or benefit from the teams poor effort, all paid for by the die hard fans....they appear to put more effort in attending matchs than the players do in playing if results are a reflection.

Its all very sad but something needs to be sorted ..... you can`t have a season like the past 3 seasons...... its pointless in more way than one.

Get a grip, your chairlady's the only person who has any money in your club. The glory days are gone forever (not that there were many in the 1st place!).

Mid table Championship is all you can hope for in the future.
